They may have a reputation for being stubborn, but you can’t deny these three donkeys are pretty cute. Their original owners used to breed and show the Irish/English donkeys, but after circumstances changed the donkeys were left to roam the property and multiply. While the owner was able to find homes for some of the donkeys, the RSPCA was asked to help out with the remaining 20 animals.
We have been able to find homes for nine of the donkeys so far, and Buttercup, Blossom and Bubbles have been brought to our Sydney Shelter to increase their chances of rehoming. We will also help to desex the boys remaining on the property before they go onto their new lives.
These measures are just a couple of the ways we are able to help people help animals, no matter what kind of animal it is.
